Privacy Policy

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy applies to all iOS applications and the website published by Ryder Publishing (Robert Ryder), including but not limited to: My Billiard Bracket, RoomMate Utility Share, My Knott, My AI Picture Sketch, Billiard Shot Tracker, Reseller's Sourcing Tool, and RyderPublishing.com.

We take your privacy seriously. Our apps are designed to work entirely on your device without requiring you to create an account or submit any personal information to us.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

Except for AgendaPIC's talking assistant (section 8), Ryder Publishing does not collect, transmit, or store any of the following:

• Your name, email address, phone number, or any contact information
• Your location or GPS data
• Device identifiers or advertising IDs
• Usage data, analytics, or behavioral tracking
• Photos, files, or media from your device
• Financial or payment information
• Health or fitness data
• Contacts or calendar data
• Browsing history or search history

3. Data Stored on Your Device

Some Ryder Publishing apps save data locally on your device (for example, tournament brackets, reminders, or utility split records). This data never leaves your device and is not accessible by Ryder Publishing or any third party. You can delete this data at any time by deleting the app.

4. Third-Party Services

Some apps may use Apple's built-in frameworks (such as WidgetKit, StoreKit, or Messages). These are governed by Apple's own Privacy Policy, available at apple.com/legal/privacy. Ryder Publishing does not integrate any third-party advertising SDKs, analytics tools, or tracking libraries. AgendaPIC's optional talking assistant uses OpenAI, as described in section 8.

5. Purchases

Any in-app purchases are processed entirely through Apple's App Store. Ryder Publishing never sees or handles your payment information. Digital product purchases on this website are processed through Gumroad. Please refer to Gumroad's privacy policy for details on how they handle transaction data.

6. Children's Privacy

Our apps and website are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. Since we collect no personal data from any user, we are compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

7. Data Security

Apart from AgendaPIC's talking assistant (section 8), Ryder Publishing does not collect or transmit any personal data, so there is no personal data at risk. All app data remains stored locally on your device and is protected by your device's built-in security.

8. AgendaPIC — the Talking Assistant

AgendaPIC's calendar, grocery list, reminders, medicines, places and memory notes stay on your iPhone and in your own iCloud (Apple's Calendar and Reminders apps). Your precise location is used on your iPhone only (store pop-ups, drive times, parking) and is not sent to us. Contacts are read on your iPhone only to find a number when you ask to call or text someone.

When you use the talking assistant (only while a conversation is open, or while typing in Quiet mode), AgendaPIC sends OpenAI:

• Your voice or typed words, and the assistant's replies.
• What the assistant needs to help you: your first name, today's date, your grocery list, today's calendar and medicine schedule, your saved memory notes, and — when you ask — things like calendar events, a contact's name, or a place.
• For live web look-ups (store hours, news, weather): your question and the town you're in — never your exact location.

Under OpenAI's API terms, this data is not used to train OpenAI's models and may be kept by OpenAI for up to 30 days for safety monitoring (OpenAI's API data policy). AgendaPIC asks your permission before your first conversation.

Our server (ryderpublishing.com) keeps only: a random account number created by the app (not your name, email or Apple ID), your talk-time balance, the IDs of your talk-time purchases so each is counted once, and the network (IP) address that created the account, used only to prevent abuse of free minutes. It passes look-up questions to OpenAI but does not store them or your conversations. To have your talk-time account deleted, email us the account number shown in AgendaPIC → Settings → Talk Time.

Payments for AgendaPIC Pro, talk-time packs and Talk Monthly are handled entirely by Apple. The full AgendaPIC policy is also at ryderpublishing.com/agendapic/privacy.html.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our apps or website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
