This Privacy Policy applies to all iOS applications and the website published by Ryder Publishing (Robert Ryder), including but not limited to: My Billiard Bracket, RoomMate Utility Share, My Knott, My AI Picture Sketch, Billiard Shot Tracker, Reseller's Sourcing Tool, and RyderPublishing.com.

We take your privacy seriously. Our apps are designed to work entirely on your device without requiring you to create an account or submit any personal information to us.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

Ryder Publishing does not collect, transmit, or store any of the following:

• Your name, email address, phone number, or any contact information
• Your location or GPS data
• Device identifiers or advertising IDs
• Usage data, analytics, or behavioral tracking
• Photos, files, or media from your device
• Financial or payment information
• Health or fitness data
• Contacts or calendar data
• Browsing history or search history

3. Data Stored on Your Device

Some Ryder Publishing apps save data locally on your device (for example, tournament brackets, reminders, or utility split records). This data never leaves your device and is not accessible by Ryder Publishing or any third party. You can delete this data at any time by deleting the app.

4. Third-Party Services

Some apps may use Apple's built-in frameworks (such as WidgetKit, StoreKit, or Messages). These are governed by Apple's own Privacy Policy, available at apple.com/legal/privacy. Ryder Publishing does not integrate any third-party advertising SDKs, analytics tools, or tracking libraries.

5. Purchases

Any in-app purchases are processed entirely through Apple's App Store. Ryder Publishing never sees or handles your payment information. Digital product purchases on this website are processed through Gumroad. Please refer to Gumroad's privacy policy for details on how they handle transaction data.

6. Children's Privacy

Our apps and website are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. Since we collect no personal data from any user, we are compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

Because Ryder Publishing does not collect or transmit any personal data, there is no personal data at risk. All app data remains stored locally on your device and is protected by your device's built-in security.
